i've try :

but don't know how put mline in multi array :/

it looks you've written code read file correctly, question how parse comma-delimited string series of integer objects , store them in list in efficient manner.

java has nice tools doing simple text parsing, , in case using scanner seems fit.

try inner loop:

    while (mline != null) {         scanner sc = new scanner(mline);  // create scanner each line         sc.usedelimiter(",");             // parse line tokens delimited commas          arraylist<integer> inner = new arraylist<>();         while (sc.hasnextint()) {             inner.add(sc.nextint());      // add each number found inner list         }         multi.add(inner);                 // add inner list outer list          sc.close();          mline = reader.readline();     }

notice scanner allows set delimiter want parse by, , has several built-in types knows about, won't need intermediate string creation or type casting.
