vba - How to change and synchronize a dependent table field across MS Access -

it seems ms access has ability synchronize change in table name across dependencies. e.g. naming table global tblglobal show new changes in tables , forms. however, there doesn't seem way fields within table. there tools or methods this?

edit: mistake< meant query other queries depend on instead of table other queries depend on.
