i'm studying @ hw university, , topic of individual project (diploma research) develop petrel plug-in ocean framework. aim of project "automatically" locate , configure horizontal wells in particular way. unfortunately use ocean sdk specialized license needed. our university has got petrel runtime license, not "developer" license. possible obtain kind of academic license happens microsoft products @ dreamspark ? may limited period of time ?
