c# - dotMemory snapshot causes wpf to crash -

i'm using dotmemory investigate memory leak in wpf application. however, when try take snapshot, application crashes, , not apparent why.

has else have similar experience , reason why might happen?

could please submit request our support? can't ask logs or debug without it. thank much!
