if goal have openmano setup inside virtual machine on openstack:

  1. create vm image https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/trusty/current/trusty-server-cloudimg-amd64-disk1.img (64-bit) or https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/trusty/current/trusty-server-cloudimg-i386-disk1.img (32-bit). use "raw" format, , either of urls above image location.
  2. go access & security , create key pair. save key on local machine, password access disabled in ubuntu cloud images.
  3. launch vm instance image. assign key pair step #2 (access & security tab). select network allows internet access - need install openmano , required packages.
  4. connect ssh using key saved in step #2.
  5. follow https://github.com/nfvlabs/openmano/wiki/getting-started#installation install openmano.
